Full Gift Card Terms & Conditions
1. Issuer
Gift cards are issued by April Consulting Ltd t/a Suri‑Mai Jewellery, registered at:
Lytchett House, 13 Freeland Park, Wareham Road, Poole, Dorset, BH16 6FA, United Kingdom.
2. Purchase & Value

Gift cards are available in denominations of £50, £100, £150, £200, £250, £300, and custom amounts up to £1,000.

Gift cards are valid for 18 months from the purchase date. Any remaining balance will be forfeited after expiry.
3. Delivery

Suri‑Mai Jewellery gift cards are digital e‑gift cards only, delivered via email to the address provided during purchase.

The purchaser is responsible for entering the correct email address. We are not responsible for delays or errors due to incorrect information.
4. Redemption

Gift cards are only redeemable online at www.surimai.com.

They cannot be redeemed for cash, used to buy other gift cards, or used outside of our website.
5. Usage & Balance

If the gift card is not fully used in one transaction, the remaining balance can be used for future purchases within the original 18‑month validity period.

Balances cannot be transferred to another card or account.
6. Refunds & Returns

Gift cards are non‑refundable and cannot be cancelled once issued.

If a product purchased using a gift card is returned, the refunded amount will be credited back to the original gift card balance.
7. Lost, Stolen or Unauthorised Use

Suri‑Mai Jewellery is not responsible for lost, stolen, or unauthorised use of gift cards.

Gift cards will not be replaced or reissued under these circumstances.
8. Transferability

Gift cards are non‑transferable and may only be used by the original recipient.
9. Fraud & Misuse

We reserve the right to cancel or refuse a gift card if it was obtained or used fraudulently, unlawfully, or in breach of these terms.
10. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales.

Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
