We may be able to create a custom piece for you. This depends on your requirements and timeframe the piece is needed for. Please get in touch with us at contact@surimai.com with details and images of what you would like and we will come back to you.
Our collection changes periodically as we produce items in small batches in order to reduce waste and to give us the flexibility to change, improve and freshen up our items. There may be some items that are always available due to popularity and some that sell out and we may restock if they are popular enough and there is high demand to have them restocked and some that we decide not to restock. Please get it touch with us at contact@surimai.com with details of the product that you wish to purchase and we will look into this for you.
We are currently unable to offer exchanges. If you would like to return your item, please get it touch with us at contact@surimai.com and we will help to process your return.
All our pieces are made using precious metals. They are made from solid gold or sterling silver and adorned with sustainable lab-grown diamonds, precious and semi-precious stones, crystals and pearls. As children are all very different and have different size bodies, the most accurate way of knowing if our bracelets will fit, is to measure their wrist. We have put together some guidance which you can find here.
Please get in touch with us at contact@surimai.com with details and photos showing the fault with the item and we will arrange for the item to be returned to us. Once we have received the item, you will have the option of either receiving a refund or a replacement.
All Suri-Mai items have a 3 month guarantee from the date of receiving your order. This applies to items that present any manufacturing defects after ruling out any damage caused by misuse of the item.
Yes, absolutely! At Suri-Mai Jewellery, we offer the option for custom pieces. You can discuss your preferences and requirements with us, and we will work with you to create a unique and personalized jewellery piece.
